PURPOSE:To miniaturize the configuration of the device and to reduce the production cost by positioning end sticking the work with one light source, and to improve the production yield by inspecting scratches in a microlense and bubbles in a UV-curing type adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The light beam from a lamp 11 is changed into parallel light with a collimeter lens 16 to irradiate a work 40 comprising a microlens array and a matrix liquid crystal element facing to each other. The transmitted light is magnified and project on a screen 19 through a projecting lens 17 and a reflecting mirror 18. By visually checking the project image, a fine adjusting mechanism for the work is operated to position the microlens array and the matrix liquid crystal display element. During positioning, the short wavelength component of the light from the lamp 11 is shielded by a shutter 20. After completing positioning, the shutter 20 is switched to transmit the short wavelength component with the long wavelength component to irradiate the work 40 and to cure the UV-curing type adhesive applied on the sticking surface to stick the work 40. |
