Electronic ignition device for fluorescent tubes, of the type of those which are connected in parallel with the tube and in series with a ballast. This device is composed of a solid-state hybrid switch resupplied via a line tapping device and filter assembly and via a pulse attenuator, connected in series, the inputs of the hybrid switch and of the line tapping device and filter assembly being connected to one terminal, and the outputs of the hybrid switch being connected to a pulse generator, the output of which is connected to a second terminal. These terminals are intended to be connected to the line, to the ballast and to the shunted terminals of the fluorescent tube. <IMAGE>
