PURPOSE:To improve overcharge resistance characteristics by making paste fill after one side or both of lead powder or lead fiber are applied to the surface of a collector. CONSTITUTION:One side or both of lead powder or lead fiber are applied to the surface of a collector, then which is filled with paste. Next, the collector is aged and formed, and then put in dilute sulfuric acid having a specific gravity of 1.05-1.10 to form an electrode. The lead powder or the lead fiber is applied to the surface of the collctor by immersing the collector in an alkaline solution including one side or both of the lead powder or the lead fiber. |
