The vegetable canton noodles produced by the process of the present utility model has proximate analysis of 16.81 pcnt crude protein, 2.39 pcnt moisture, 1.22 pcnt ash, 19.82 pcnt crude fat and 59.76 pcnt carbohydrates. Likewise, it is properly processed and no visible microorganism was observed. The vegetables noodles produced by the present utility model when cooked by their mother would enable the children to eat and crave for more.</p>
