Process for producing esters or α arylsulfonyl alkene acids with general formula a, where Ar signifies substituted or not substituted benzene ring, X signifies hydrogen or ethylene group, and R' signifies alkyl group, by alkylation of α ethylene arylsulfonyl octane with alkyl halides, characterised in that synthesis is carried out in two phases, liquid solid material, containing toluene or benzene and K2CO3 and quaternary ammonia salts are used as a catalyst, while the product is extracted in a form of ester or hydrolysed directly in the post reactive solution, following separation of K2CO3 and addition of ethanol solution of KOH, or ester is hydrolysed following its extraction.<IMAGE>
