Appts. with false twist has, in the working order, an inlet channel narrowing to a neck and then a twisting channel which has lateral boring for compressed air. The centreline of the airjet is offset from the vertical to the nip of the output rollers. It is also offset to one side of the mid point of the drafting roller. ADVANTAGE - The equipment enables higher quality yarn, with a firmer twist, to be produced.
