PURPOSE:To not only output an emergency message but also output a loop line switching time at the time of the loop-down. CONSTITUTION:A loop line cutting deciding means to connect plural terminals 6 and 7 to plural respective host computers 2 and 3 and detect the cutting of a loop line on a line to connect the host computers 2 and 3 and the terminals 6 and 7 is provided, and a loop line switching means to perform the loop line switching at the time of cutting the loop line, an emergency message transmitting means to transmit the emergency message at the time of cutting the loop line, and a loop switching time output means to transmit the time of the loop line cutting together with the emergency message are provided. |
