Hydraulic drive for winches on fishing ships, consisting of hydraulic circuits for control, for winches and for a cable head, characterized in that that one pressure conduit (1) of a multi-stream pump (2) is connected to the three-position distributor (3) of the hydraulic control circuit (4) and via an overflow valve (5) to a hydraulically-controlled three-path two-position distributor (6), which in a position (7) imposed by a spring connects the valve (5) to the distributors (8) of the hydraulic circuit (9) of the winches, and in a position (10) imposed by the pressure of oil from the pump (2) - to the hydraulic circuit (11) of the cable head, where to the distributor (3) of the hydraulic control circuit (4) is coupled an electrical switch (12) which switches off the voltage in the coil of the overflow valve (5) in the middle position of the distributor (3) and switches on the voltage in the coil of the valve (5) in extreme positions of the distributor (3), while the conduit (13) connecting the hydraulic circuit (11) of the cable head to the hydraulically-controlled three-path two-position distributor (6) is connected via a cut-off valve (14) to the conduit (15) connecting the hydraulic motor (16) of the cable head to a tank (17).<IMAGE>
