CONSTITUTION:Image data corresponding to an original image including a symbol to show the information to collect the royalty and the information to decide the upper limit of the number of the copied sheets of the book are inputted, a neural network 4 recognizes the content of the symbol from the inputted image data and a CPU 5 decides the conditions corresponding to the content of the symbol recognized by the neural network 4 out of plural kinds of the conditions. The CPU 5, at the time the information to collect the royalty is indicated by the symbol, collects the royalty from an operator by a royalty controller 9, and at the time of the information to show the upper limit of the copied sheets of the book by the symbol, controls the number of the copied sheets of a printer 11. |
