<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title system substantially improved in blanking yield in contrast to the conventional system of lower yield where a plate glass cutting machine automatically makes a blanking of a product glass required to cut to prime plate glass by determining the directions for product arrangement and/or cutting line based on empirical algorithm to eliminate the other possible combinations. CONSTITUTION:When one product is to be arranged onto a blank of a prime plate, plural blanking options are prepared, and an identical processing is recursively repeated on the remaining blandks fo the respective options. And, when product arrangement becomes impossible no more, the final yields compared with one another, and the option with the highest yield is selected.</p> |
