<p>PURPOSE:To automatically remove air in a bellows part by unevenly, setting rigidity on at least one of the bellows part, a seal part, or a connection part therebetween, which compose one of pin boots, in a circumferential direction, and thereby causing deformation at the time of the pin boots. CONSTITUTION:Pin boots 5 are each composed of a flange part 54 which engages with an opening end boss part of a sliding hole of a supporting part of a disc brake main body, a bellows part 54, and a seal part 51 which engages with a pin bolt. The rigidity of at least one of the bellows part 52, the seal part 51, or a connection portion therebetween is unevenly set in a circumferential direction. For instance, the rigidity of the seal part 51 is unevenly set by mutually dislocating a center p1 of an inner circumferential circle and a center P2 of an outer circumferential circle of the seal part 51, and thereby a bleeding structure is formed. Distorsion is generated on the seal part 51 when the pin boots 5 are assembled, and then air in the bellows part 25 is automatically removed.</p> |
