This invention provides the serial data interface circuit for communication between the low speed micro computer and the high speed micro computer by using a shift registor (3). A diode is installed between the shift registor (3) and the communication line for solving the problems generated from the speed difference. The strobe signal generated from the terminal A of the low speed micom is transmitted to the terminal I of the high speed micom. The clock signal generated from the terminal B of low speed micom is transmitted to the terminal D of shift registor and the terminal J of the high speed micom. This circuit has an advantage of cost reduction.
