<p>PURPOSE:To provide the vacuum cleaner in which an electric dust collecting device provided thereon can be used efficiently. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum cleaner A is provided with a cleaner main body case 1, a dust collecting chamber 2, a motor-driven air blower 3, two partition walls 4, 4, and an electrostatic preciptator device 5. The vacuum cleaner A is furthermore provided with two ports 6, 6 in the part which faces each partition wall 4, 4 in the side face of the main body case 1. Air which becomes clean by passing through the electrostatic preciptator device 5 hits against the rear wall of the main body case 1 and is divided into two directions as indicated with an arrow in the figure, varies the direction and flows to the front side of the main case, and thereafter, is exhausted to the outside of the main body case 1 from these exhaust ports 6, 6.</p> |
