<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an interior material having excellent non- combustibility by laminating a glass fiber cloth and glass fiber felt. CONSTITUTION:In the preparation of non-combustible interior material, a process A impregnating glass fiber felt with a non-combustibility imparting solution containing calcium silicate and a water-dispersible polyester urethane resin in a predetermined solid wt. ratio to dry the impregnated one, a process B applying the same non-combustibility imparting solution to the single surface of the felt treated in the process A to laminate glass fiber cloth to the felt, a process C coating the surface of the glass fiber cloth with fluoroplastic and a heat treatment process D are provided. After the process B, the water dispersible polyester urethene resin and the non-combustibility imparting solution containing specific inorg. matter and/or a color dye is applied to the surface of the glass fiber cloth before the processes C, D are performed.</p> |
