<p>PURPOSE:To enable good shape control even to a sheet by providing a deflector roll with which tension distribution in the width direction of sheet is changed and operating function with which a pressing force is controlled by the feedback signal from a shape detector. CONSTITUTION:The shape detector 3 with which the shape of sheet on the outlet side of a rolling mill is detected, deflector roll 6 with which the tension distribution in the width direction of the aforementioned sheet is changed and auxiliary roll 4 with which the pressing force is added to that deflector roll are provided. This shape controller is constituted by providing a pressing controller 5 with which the pressing force of that auxiliary roll is controlled and operating function 8 with which the correction amt. of the tension distribution is calculated from the feedback signal from the aforementioned shape detector 3 and target shape that is preliminarily determined and outputting the result to the aforementioned pressing controller 5. In this way, good shape control is possible even to the sheet which can not be controlled with the control mechanism of rolling mill body.</p> |
