PURPOSE:To manufacture a resin film provided with a metal thin film layer having excellent interlaminar close adhesiveness advantageously from the aspect of processability even with respect to a thin synthetic resin film. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin film layer (3) composed of a polyparabanic acid type resin is formed on the surface of the metal thin film layer (2) of a heat-resistant carrier material (1) provided with the metal thin film layer (2) such as an aluminized layer and subsequently released from the heat-resistant carrier material (1) to transfer the metal thin film layer (2) to the synthetic resin film layer (3) to obtain the resin film having the metal thin film layer.
