PURPOSE:To obtain a recording head which is keeping its dielectric characteristics while ensuring the smoothness of a surface of a dielectric body, hard to crack, produced at a low cost by an easy operation, and unifomized in ion generation amount to prevent the occurrence of variation in electrostatic latent image quality. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric body 22 formed by sintering alumina and provided with smooth surfaces 22a, 22b is securely bonded on a laminated body 20A with a first adhesive 21. Thereafter, on the dielectric body, second electrodes 5 are bonded so that open parts of the second electrodes 5 are positioned correspondingly to first electrodes 4, whereby an ion generation part 2 is formed. |
