PURPOSE:To provide a complex where light weight properties as a foam is put to practical use, it is superior further in mechanical strength, especially buckling deformation resistance and bending strength and a manufacture enabling mass production of the complex at the same time, in the complex comprised by possessing a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin foam for its core material and providing a continuous fiber-reinforced synthetic resin layer on the outer circumference of the core. CONSTITUTION:For example, in an illustration 1 (b), 9 is a core material layer comprised of a fiber-reinforced synthetic resin foam, 10 is a skin layer comprised of continuous fiber-reinforced synthetic resin laminated to the whole surface of the core material layer 9 and a complex 11 is formed like this. Then the complex 11 is manufactured continuously by, for example, what is called a pultrusion method where a continuous fiber impregnated with thermosetting resin is fed around the core material which is transferred away, the same is introduced into a curing mold, heated, cured and laminated. |
