PURPOSE:To increase the current efficiency and capacity by using a carbon material containing a graphite material with a specific carbon net face interval for the active material of a negative electrode, and using a specific organic solvent electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:The carbon material of the active material of a negative electrode 1 contains a graphite material with the carbon net face interval d002 below 0.337nm, and an organic solvent electrolyte 4 contains gamma-butyrolactone 50vol.% or above. A transition metal chalcogen compound containing lithium is preferably used for a positive electrode 2. The current efficiency and capacity can be increased. |
