PURPOSE:To easily reduce the generated voltage and prevent the high-voltage state of a fuel cell at the time of low-load power generation without requiring a re-circulating device and without increasing the quantity of the other gas. CONSTITUTION:The first gas cutoff valve 30 cutting off the gas flowing in the exhaust gas line of a fuel cell container 11C is provided on this line. A bypass line 31 bypassing the gas flowing in the exhaust gas line between the first gas cutoff valve 30 and the outlet of the fuel cell container 11C to an oxidizer feed line is provided. The second gas cutoff valve 32 cutting off the gas flowing in the bypass line 31 is provided. |
