PURPOSE:To obtain a liquid bleaching agent composition, having transparent appearance and excellent in preservation stability and bleaching power. CONSTITUTION:A transparent liquid bleaching agent composition containing (a) hydrogen peroxide, (b) an anionic surfactant and (c) an amphoteric bleaching activator, reactive with the hydrogen peroxide and producing an organic peracid having a quaternary ammonium group in a specific proportion. |
