N-Aroyl-α- amino carbonic acid formula of which iswhere α, R'-R''' and Q meanings are indicated in description, derivatives may be used for treatment and prevention of diseases, caused by connection of adhesive proteins with thrombocyte as well as aggregation of thrombocytes and connection of cell-cells. These derivatives are obtained by splitting protective groups of certain compounds or changing a corresponding group of nitrile cyan by an amide group.
