PURPOSE:To enable a sample whose material changes with time to be measured by allowing the sample and an X-rya detector to be scanned at a high speed while maintaining an angle reproducibility and then obtaining a measurement result of non-dispersion diffraction X rays seemingly in an X-ray diffractometer. CONSTITUTION:A theta rotary portion 4 constituting a goniometer 3 is formed by allowing a sample holder 12 to be directly connected to a theta rotation direct drive motor 8. Also, a 2theta rotary portion 6 is formed by allowing an X-ray detector 24 to be mounted to a direct drive motor 14 for 2theta rotation. On the other hand, a control portion 28 for driving and controlling while interlocking the direct drive motors 8 and 14 for theta rotation and 2theta rotation and a memory 30 for measuring X rays for measuring a detection pulse from the X-rays detector 24 every time when the X-ray detector 24 is scanned by a constant sampling pitch angle are provided. |
