PURPOSE:To carry out delivery from a factory of roof unit under a condition that verge roofing is completed and to facilitate maintenance of an eaves top part after installation of a roof of a building that is produced by a prefabrication process. CONSTITUTION:After a verge cover 4 for coating the outside of a verge part 1K is mounted, an eaves top panel 18 is fixed by a rivet 19, a bis 20 and so on between the bottom end part of the verge cover 4 and the vicinity of an outer wall of the gable-in side in the verge part 1K. A roof unit can be delivered under a condition that the verge part 1K is already roofed, while the eaves top part is covered with the panel 18, and the panel 18 is removed at the time of maintenance of the eaves top part. |
