A hopper for continuously drawing out tires and quantitatively feeding them. One or more lines of declining roller conveyors are located under a port which charges the conveyors with the tires. One or more lines of chain conveyors are inclined upwardly relative to the roller conveyors and have a number of hooks capable of catching the tires on the chain conveyors.
