<p>PURPOSE:To improve the assembling workability by containing a clutch member in a slide recessed part in a motor, regulating its motion by a clutch base, and connecting the clutch member with a return spring by caulking work. CONSTITUTION:A clutch member 22 of a motor type actuator is contained in a slide recessed part 21g provided at a motor member 21, the clutch member 22 is held by a clutch base 29, and its motion regulated to move forward and back only linearly. For a clutch mechanism, then a recessed groove 22b is then formed around a protruding part 22a protruded at a center in one side surface of the clutch member 22, an end part of a return spring 23 is contained in the recessed groove 22b to be wound around the protruding part 22a, and the protruding part 22a is caulked, so the end part of the return spring 23 is fixed to the clutch member 22. If a temporary breakage or the like occurs at the clutch mechanism, smooth action can be performed without breakage of the clutch mechanism. The assembling workability for the clutch member 22 with the return spring 23 can thus be improved.</p> |
