This is a new bilayer skin lotion containing stable pigments. The skin lotion comprises 0.3-1.5 wt.% montmorillonite, 0.5-2.0 wt.% salt, 0.05-0.1 wt.% carboxyvinyl polymer, and 0.05-1.0 wt.% neutralization agent. The above salt is sodium chloride or sodium lactate. The above neutralization agent is tetrahydroxy propylethylene diamine or polyethylene glycol 15-cocamine. This skin lotion is characterized of homogeneous dispersing pigment.
