PRODUCING PROCESS OF POLYESTER YARN BY SUPER HIGH SPEED SPINNING

spinning polyester fiber at the speed of more than 5000 m/min; passing the fiber through air-feeding nozzle (6) of diameter 1-2 cm, air pressure 1-5 kg/cm2 placed at 70-120 cm below spinneret's bottom part and through pipe (7) of diameter 1-2 cm, length 25-35 cm, attached below bottom edge of (6) so that air travels in the fiber advancing direction before oiling; oiling and air-interlacing. This method makes it possible to lower the winding tensile force of spun fiber of 500-700 cm to optimum level of 03. g/ d and control heat-treatment temp. properly without using special heat-treatment apparatus.
