摘要 |
PURPOSE:To allow recording of a high degree of overlap at a relatively high temp. by doping a rare earth element to be an optical center into a superion conductor having the disordery sub-lattice by movable ions. CONSTITUTION:The rare earth element which is the optical center is doped into the superion conductor having the disordery sub-lattice by the movable ions of the material used for frequency-selective optical recording. As the superion conductor, beta''-alumina has a high ratio of a nonuniform width to a uniform width at a relatively high temp. and is preferable in tems of multiplicity, viz. the feasbility of recording in a higher density. Europium (Eu<3+>) is preferable as the rare earth element. |
