PURPOSE:To prevent slippage or coming off of a safety valve from a valve cylinder by bonding and fixing a safety valve fixing plate in which a hole having smaller diameter than that of a safety valve is installed in its center and a safety valve through the hole. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum-suction hole is installed at the tip of an ultrasonic horn 7, and a safety valve 1 and a safety valve fixing plate 3 are sucked and held at the tip of the horn 7 through a hole 5 of the safety valve fixing plate 3 and supplied to a valve cylinder 2, then the safety valve fixing plate is melt- bonded to a container cover 4 by ultrasonic bonding. Defectives caused by bonding failure of the safety valve are eliminated, and moreover labor of fixing of the safety valve and safety valve fixing plate is decreased. |
