<p>PURPOSE:To provide a paper feeding device without giving an over load to a paper feeding roller or feeding overlapped manuscripts even when a manuscript quantity is increased or reduced. CONSTITUTION:A pair of guide members 4 is standingly provided on both the side parts of a paper feeding roller 1 located part, a guide hole 4a extending in a vertical direction is formed on each of the guide members 4, a manuscript pressing member 5 in which guide pins 5a are protrudedly provided on both sides is arranged between both the guide members 4, and the manuscript pressing member 5 is made approachable and separable to the paper feeding roller 1 by inserting the guide pins 5a into the guide holes 4a. Rotatable cam members 6 are provided respectively in the vicinities of the guide members, long holes 6a extending in a radius direction are formed on the cam members 6 to insert the guide pins 5a into the long holes 6a, and spring members 7, pressing the manuscript pressing member 5 to the paper feeding roller 1 side via the guide pins 5a, are provided on the cam members 6.</p> |
