PURPOSE:To reduce cost by dimplifying the constitution of a valve for opening and closing the liquid flow and a valve opening/closing driving part. CONSTITUTION:A circular hole 46 is formed at on edge of the first communication passage 50, and a main liquid chamber 34 and a subliquid chamber 40 are allowed to communicate. A hole 47 is formed on the subliquid chamber 40 side of the circular hole 46, and the step difference part is used as a valve seat 49. One edge of a valve rod 64 is connected with a valve piece 66, and the other edge of the vale rod 64 is connected with a bellows 70 through a pressing plate 68. The bellows 70 is connected with the outside air and the intake manifold 80 of an engine through a three-port two-position selector valve 70. When the internal pressure of the bellows 70 and the outside air pressure are equal, the valve piece 66 and attached on the valve seat 49 by the urging force of the bellow 70, and the first communication passage 50 is closed. When the three-port two-position selector valve 70 is selected, the intake manifold 80 and the bellows 70 communicate, and the air in the bellows 70 is sucked no the intake manifold 80 side, and a negative pressure state is generated, and the bellows 70 contracts, and the valve piece 66 separates from the valve seat 49, and the liquid flows through first communication passage 50. |
