PURPOSE:To provide the blood treating device which has the higher bioaffinity and the blood treating device which allows the easy removal of phosphoric acid ions. CONSTITUTION:The polymer denatured by bringing a multifunctional isocyanate group into reaction with at least a part of the hydroxyl groups of the cellulosic polymer to introduce an urethane bond, directly introducing an amino group to the terminal of the isocyanate group or introducing the amino group to the terminal via a urea bond, etc., and the blood treating device using this polymer and further the process for producing the monomer and blood treating device are provided.
