PURPOSE:To provide a new method of manufacturing rubber sheet with scattered-figure pattern. CONSTITUTION:Arbitrarily colored un-vulcanized rubber matrix composition is mixed with vulcanized rubber particles, which are differently colored from that of rubber matrix, and then rolled so as to produce rubber sheet. The resultant rubber sheet is cut to desired dimensions and sliced to prepare vulcanizing rubber sheet. Next, the sliced surface of the vulcanizing rubber sheet is placed on the designing surface of a mold and the mold is clamped. Then the sheet is pressed and heated. |
