PURPOSE:To obtain a printed board connecting device which performs accurate positioning of an IC chip, etc., by connecting the IC chip, etc., to a printed board in another method than soldering. CONSTITUTION:A printed board connecting device consists of a socket 1 which is fixed on a. printed board 21, bosses 2 which are provided at the corners of the socket 1 to fix the socket 1 on the printed board 21, contacts 3 which are inserted into holes in the bottom of the socket 1 to electrically connect an IC chip 25 to the printed board 21, a grounding plate 5 which is placed in the socket 1 to prevent the occurrence of high frequency noise and protrusions 4 which are provided at the corners of the socket 1 to position the IC chip 25. |
