PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic heater which has a long life even under high temperature circumstances without the need for another means such as a detecting means. CONSTITUTION:A heating pattern 7 is arranged on a cylindrical boundary 5 which is formed by the first ceramic layer 3 to cover a cylindrical ceramics base material 2 and the second ceramic layer 4 laminated on the surface of the first ceramic layer 3. In addition, at the center of the heating section 8 of the heating pattern 7, a low heating section 10 is formed which has a lower linear resistance value than that of the heating section 8. |
