PURPOSE:To furnish a healthy pillow and a healthy mat relieving tired body on lying by giving out bodies appropriate stimuli through wooden pieces such as Japanese cypress, and by activating blood flow with the pharmacodynamic components and a fragrance sending out from these wooden pieces. CONSTITUTION:A healthy pillow and a healthy mat are made of at least one of Japanese cypress, pine, and Japanese cedar, and further, a wooden body in which the winter figure grain can be sufficiently discriminated on either surface, and a bag body 5 charged with the wooden pieces in the inside and provided with fine holes.
