<p>PURPOSE:To provide a moisture-sensitive ceramic composition material which has large sensitivity in a high-temperature range and can manufacture a temperature sensor having the characteristic with a small aging change. CONSTITUTION:A moisture-sensitive ceramic composition material is expressed by a general formula A(M1-x, Qx)1-yRy, where A is at least one kind selected among Ca, Sr and Ba, M is at least one kind selected within Ce and Zr, Q is at least one kind selected among Ti, Sn and Hf R is at least one kind selected among the group IIIa and In except actinoids, and (x), (y) are within ranges 0.10<=x<=0.90, y<=0.30.</p> |
