PURPOSE:To prevent intervention of air bubbles and formation of flaw marks and depression in the tip portion upper surface of a boot main body by increasing the rate of filling of a tip portion upper face molding space at the initial stage of the formation of the boot main body, by means of a circulation groove formed in the upper surface of a primary sole mold. CONSTITUTION:A circulation groove 131 is formed in the upper surface of a primary sole mold 13 with an injection hole 130 portion extending over a tip portion. A boot main body molding space 2 is formed by an outer mold 11, an inner mold 12 and the primary sole mold 13. A boot main body forming material is packed in the space 2 by means of injection, thereby forming a boot main body 3. Then the primary sole mold 13 is replaced by a secondary sole mold 14 and a sole molding space 4 is formed by the bottom portion of the boot main body and the secondary sole mold 14. A boot forming material different from that of the boot main body 3 is packed in the space 4 by means of injection, thereby forming a sole 5 at the bottom portion 31 of the boot main body. As a result, it is made possible to prevent intervention of air bubbles and formation of flaw marks and depression in the upper surface of the tip portion of the boot main body 3. Also, the boundary between the boot main body and the sole 5 is made clear. |
