PURPOSE:To form a dielectric layer having smooth surface and uniform film thickness by drying a dielectric paste layer, pressing it by using a plane mold thereafter, and releasing the plane mold before the dielectric paste layer cures. CONSTITUTION:In between patterns of a first electrode 2 and on the first electrode 2, a dielectric paste with titanium oxide as a filler is applied. A mold releasing film having a surface roughness of 1mum or less is superimposed on the heated and dried dielectric paste, further, a glass plate having a surface roughness of 1mum or less is laid thereon. After pressurizing process is completed with heating, the glass plate and the mold releasing film are removed. Thereafter, the dielectric paste is cured so that a dielectric body 3 having excellent planeness is formed. A second electrode 4 is adhered to the dielectric body 3 so as to obtain uniform ion generating quantity. If the mold releasing is performed after the dielectric paste layer is cured, it often happens that a good condition of the surface can not be produced for reasons of curing and contraction of the dielectric layer, differential thermal expansion of the dielectrics and the plane mold, and change of the mold releasing surface property due to heating. |
