PURPOSE:To provide the manufacturing method of a resin molded product in which the resin molded product of constant quality can be manufactured without the necessity of the annealing process as a result by setting the mold opening amount of a mold constant all the time even if such elements as the mold temperature, the temperature of a resin material, the injection speed of the resin material, the atmospheric temperature and others are varied. CONSTITUTION:A mold provided with a cavity 4 of resin molded product shape, mold main bodies 2 and 3 having a gate 11 for injecting a resin material 13 and mold opening limiting mechanisms A for limiting the mold opening amount (d) installed in the mold main bodies 2 and 3 is used in the manufacturing method. The method consists of the process of injecting a molten resin material 13 from the gate 11 into said cavity 4 and operating the mold opening limiting mechanism A to mold open the mold by the constant amount and the compression process of mold clamping the mold and compressing the resin material 13 in the cavity 4. |
