PURPOSE:To provide an industrially advantageous process for producing a formed soft polyurethane foam having excellent physical properties. CONSTITUTION:A reaction raw material mixture containing a polyisocyanate raw material, a polyol raw material and a foaming agent is poured into a forming mold, foamed, thermally cured and demolded to obtain a formed article of soft polyurethane foam. In the above process, the polyisocyanate raw material is a mixed polyisocyanate consisting of toluene diisocyanate and diphenylmethane diisocyanate and containing 2-20wt.% of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and the reaction raw material mixture is poured into the forming mold having a mold temperature adjusted to 50-65 deg.C. |
