<p>PURPOSE:To make a power supply compact and light weight and reduce its manufacturing cost with almost no printing speed reduction. CONSTITUTION:A printer prints a single dot line by driving thermal resistance elements TH arranged in a straight line independently. This printer counts the number of print data sets for which the thermal resistance elements TH need to be driven among other print data sets in a single dot line. If the results of this count exceed a previously set number, the print data sets of a single dot line are printed in the divided printing mode.</p> |
