CHECK METHOD OF E2 ROM WRITE-IN NUMBER EXCEEDING

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a method of detecting the contents destruction of E<2>ROM, which is caused by the write-in number exceeding the preset number, without counting the data write-in number. CONSTITUTION:A specific code is written into the specific address of an E<2>ROM as a check code which is continuously checked and when the check code changes to other than the specific code, then, it discriminates that a contents destruction occurs.
