PURPOSE:To omit trouble of preparing of a management table for a person by managing routine dial time of each communication means by a centralized management means and allowing the centralized management means to decide a dial time of the communication means automatically. CONSTITUTION:An operation panel 100 commanding copying operation is provided to an upper side of a copying machine 1 sending data to a data terminal unit 2. The data terminal unit 2 collects the data of the operating state or the like of the copying machine 1 and sends it to a center equipment 3 being a centralized management means through a communication line 6. A center equipment 3 uses a central processing section 32 employing a personal computer to fetch the obtained data via a MODEM 35 and controls a keyboard 33 to output the prescribed data onto a monitor 31 or a printer 36 after data processing. Moreover, a storage section 34 stores the data and a program processed therein. Thus, routine dial times of plural terminal equipments are managed and when a terminal equipment is newly registered, the time when dialing is not concentrated is decided automatically. |
