Test bench with pendulum structure constituting a mobile measurement platform (4) suspended in pendulum fashion from a framework (7) mounted on a base (2) for decoupling with respect to the surrounding floor (1), facing a reference platform (3) supported by the said base (2), characterised in that the reference platform (3) is equipped with means (18, 22, 25) for automatically adjusting its horizontality, and in that the mobile platform (4) is connected to the framework (7) by two hinges (11) whose axes are substantially orthogonal and approximately parallel to the reference platform and by an elastic linkage (9) extending along a direction approximately perpendicular to the reference platform (3). <IMAGE>
