<p>PURPOSE:To improve thermal stability, anti-wetness and safety by reducing noises and a temperature rise by a method wherein a transformer and metal magnetic shielding plate are integratedly molded with a flame resisting thermosetting resin molding material, and the molded material is made specific. CONSTITUTION:The transformer formed of a core 1, bobbins 2 and coils 3, the metal magnetic shiedling plate 6 and a condenser 4 are integratedly molded with the flame resisting thermosetting resin molding material and made a molded rsin layer 7. The molding material contains, on the basis of a weight of the molding material, (a) approx. 20-30wt% of unsaturated polyester resin of phthalic acid system containing approx. 10-30wt% of thermoplastic resin, (b) approx. 50-70wt% of inorganic fitter containing aluminium hydroxide of more than approx. 20wt%, (c) approx. 0.5-5wt% of red phosphorus and (d) 5-15wt% of fibrous material. Thus, the noises and temperature rise of the stabilizer for fluorescent lamp, the characteristics of anti-wetness, thermal stability and the like are made favorable and also the safety is improved.</p> |
