PURPOSE:To obtain a 3rd picture part (synthesized picture part) in which a massive sense and a sandy sense of a 1st picture part are reflected onto a picture of a 2nd picture part. CONSTITUTION:A 1st picture part R1 is designated on a 1st picture M1 and a 2nd picture part R2 is designated on a 2nd picture M2. A color decomposition picture data representing each color picture of the 1st picture part and the 2nd picture part is converted into a picture data including lightness, saturation and hue. Then a high frequency component is extracted from the lightness component of the 1st picture. part and a low frequency component is extracted from the lightness component of the 2nd picture part. Furthermore, the picture data after synthesis is generated by synthesizing the high frequency component and the low frequency component. |
