The primary eccentric assemly forms a drive mechanism contacting the rotating mass (10) at one point and a secondary eccentric assembly with contact at a further point forms a guiding device. At one of the contact points there is a bearing arrangement with a radially acting bearing and an elastic bedding made from a flexible levelling element (14) held between the annular surface of the bearing seat and an eye (12) in the rotor (10). The levelling element (14) has less rigidity in the direction of compensation, i.e. an imaginary line joining the points of contact (16) than in the guiding direction at right angles to it (17). This is best achieved by introducing material free areas (18,19) in the direction of compensation (16) of the levelling element (14), which is then secured with an outer ring (13) in the bearing eye (12).
