<p>PURPOSE:To rapidly cope with changes in yield of malodorous gas and composition of sludge and to adjust the amt. of a deodorant to be injected by calculating the injection condition of a gas deodorizing chemical when the malodorous component concn. exceeds a specified value. CONSTITUTION:This deodorizer is provided with a sensor 14 for measuring the concn. of a malodorous component generated from sludge, the circuits 20 and 21 for holding the peak concn. from the measured malodorous component concn. and the comparator circuits 22 and 23 for outputting a pulse signal when the peak concn. is beyond the limits of the preset monitoring value. Further more, the circuits 24 and 25 for counting the pulse signals and reading the counted value in accordance with the indication from a comparator arithmetic circuit 26 and the comparator arithmetic circuit 26 for calculating the injection condition of the deodorant in accordance with the counted value are furnished. The injection condition of the deodorant is set in this way, and the appropriate amt. of the deodorant is injected in accordance with the injection condition.</p> |
